1）Flatness <0.1mm, warp ≤0.1mm

2) Straightness +/-0.1

3）Surface roughness≦0.8um (Silicon, generally ≦Ra1.6a)

4) Reduction of unevenness during sputtering by vacuum degree ≦ 2 (process control)

3. Mass-produced products are subject to quality inspection by two or more companies, including GDMS.

4. Tracking management by e-mail or visit until the end of use.

5. Permanent storage of inspection results of all products, including photographs of the actual products.
